1. はじめに
Lecturo（以下「本アプリ」）は、YE plus（以下「当方」）が提供する Shopify アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリおよびその管理画面を通じて当方が取り扱う個人情報について、その種類、利用目的、提供先、保存、安全管理、および本人の権利を説明するものです。本ポリシーは当方の取り扱いにのみ適用され、Shopify や第三者のサービスにおける取り扱いは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
2. 当方の役割
本アプリを利用するマーチャント（ストア運営者）の情報については、当方が利用目的と方法を決定します。マーチャントのストアの顧客（受講者）の情報については、マーチャントが管理者であり、当方はマーチャントの指示に基づいて本アプリの機能を提供するために処理を行います。
3. 取り扱う情報
当方は、本アプリの機能の提供に必要な範囲で、次の情報を取り扱います。

4. 利用目的

当方は、個人情報を広告やマーケティングに利用せず、プロファイリングや自動化された意思決定を行わず、第三者に販売または貸与しません。
5. 提供先
当方は、本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で、次の事業者に処理を委託します。各事業者は、当方が委託した目的の範囲でのみ情報を取り扱います。

6. 保存場所と国外移転
当方は日本に拠点を置いています。情報は、上記の事業者が所在する国で保存・処理されます。欧州経済領域または英国のストアの情報についても同様であり、当方は各事業者との契約に基づき、適切な保護措置のもとで処理を行います。
7. 保存期間
当方は、利用目的に必要な期間に限り情報を保持します。
- セッション情報は、本アプリがアンインストールされた時点で削除します。
- 受講権・受講進捗などマーチャントのストア内に保存した情報は、本アプリの利用中はストア内に保持され、マーチャントは管理画面から削除できます。アンインストール後は Shopify の仕様に従って消去されます。
- 動画ファイルは、マーチャントが管理画面から削除できます。アンインストール後は一定期間の経過後に削除します。
- 接続情報を含むログは、運用に必要な期間の経過後に自動的に削除されます。
- Shopify からストアまたは顧客に関する削除・開示のリクエスト（
shop/redact、customers/redact、customers/data_request）を受領した場合は、Shopify の要件に従って対応します。
8. 安全管理措置
当方は、情報の機密性・完全性・可用性を保つため、次の技術的・組織的措置を講じています。
- 通信の暗号化（TLS）および保存データの暗号化
- 当方の担当者に限定したアクセスと、各アカウントの二要素認証
- 個人情報へのアクセスの記録
- 開発環境と本番環境の分離
- セキュリティ事象が発生した場合の対応手順
9. 本人の権利
マーチャントは、当方が取り扱う自らの情報について、開示・訂正・削除を求めることができます。ストアの顧客（受講者）の方は、まず購入先のストアにご連絡ください。当方はマーチャントの指示に基づいて対応します。
10. 子どもの情報
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもの情報を取得したことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。
11. 本ポリシーの改定
当方は、法令の改正やサービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定した場合は、本ページに掲載します。

1. Introduction
Lecturo (the "App") is a Shopify app provided by YE plus ("we"). This policy explains the personal information we handle through the App and its admin, including what we collect, why, who we share it with, how we store it, how we protect it, and your rights. This policy applies only to our own practices. The practices of Shopify and other third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Our role
For information about merchants (store operators) who use the App, we determine the purposes and means of processing. For information about a merchant's customers (students), the merchant is the data controller, and we process the data on the merchant's instructions to provide the App's functionality.
3. Information we handle
We handle the following information to the extent necessary to provide the App.

We do not handle addresses or phone numbers.
4. How we use information

We do not use personal information for advertising or marketing, we do not perform profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
5. Who we share information with
We engage the following providers to process information on our behalf to the extent necessary to operate the App. Each provider handles information only for the purposes we have entrusted to it.

We may also disclose information to the extent required to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests.
6. Where information is stored and international transfers
We are based in Japan. Information is stored and processed in the countries where the providers above operate. This also applies to stores in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom; we process such information under appropriate safeguards in accordance with our agreements with each provider.
7. Retention
We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
- Session data is deleted when the App is uninstalled.
- Course data stored inside the merchant's store (enrollments, progress, and so on) remains in the store while the App is in use and can be deleted by the merchant from the admin. After uninstallation, it is removed in accordance with Shopify's data retention rules.
- Video files can be deleted by the merchant from the admin. After uninstallation, they are deleted after a period of time.
- Logs containing connection data are deleted automatically after the period needed for operations.
- When we receive store or customer deletion or data requests from Shopify (
shop/redact,customers/redact,customers/data_request), we respond in accordance with Shopify's requirements.
8. Security
We maintain technical and organizational measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption of stored data
- Access limited to our own staff, with two-factor authentication on each account
- Logging of access to personal information
- Separation of development and production environments
- A procedure for responding to security incidents
9. Your rights
Merchants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information held by us. If you are a customer (student) of a store, please contact the store where you made your purchase first. We will respond in accordance with the merchant's instructions.
10. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or in the App. Updates will be posted on this page.
